مقدمة
يوضّح هذا المستند كيفية جمع تطبيق ON-LINE (المُشغَّل من قِبل شركة الإسكندرية للاتصالات) لبيانات المستخدمين واستخدامها وحمايتها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة أدناه.
البيانات التي نجمعها
1. بيانات الحساب
- الاسم ورقم الهاتف واسم المستخدم الخاص بحساب الإنترنت.
- تفاصيل الاشتراك والباقة والرصيد وحالة الحساب.
2. بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (GPS)
- نجمع موقعك الجغرافي فقط عند تقديمك لطلب صيانة، وذلك لتحديد عنوان الخدمة وتمكين الفني من الوصول إليك.
- لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية، ولا نجمعه إلا عند استخدامك لخاصية الصيانة بشكل مباشر.
3. الإشعارات
- نستخدم معرّف الجهاز الخاص بخدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال إشعارات حول اشتراكك والعروض وحالة طلبات الصيانة.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إدارة حسابك واشتراكك وعرض بياناتك داخل التطبيق.
- تنفيذ طلبات الصيانة وتوجيه الفنيين إلى موقعك.
- إرسال إشعارات الخدمة والعروض.
- تحسين جودة الخدمة والدعم الفني.
مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد تتم مشاركة بيانات الموقع مع الفني المكلّف بطلب الصيانة الخاص بك فقط، لغرض تنفيذ الخدمة.
حماية البيانات
يتم نقل البيانات عبر اتصال مُشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُخزَّن على خوادم آمنة. نتخذ إجراءات معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرّح به.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
- تُحذف سجلّات الإشعارات تلقائياً بعد 48 ساعة.
- يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا عبر بيانات التواصل أدناه.
خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد.

Introduction
This document explains how the ON-LINE application (operated by Alexandria Telecom) collects, uses, and protects user data. By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
Data We Collect
1. Account Data
- Name, phone number, and username of your internet account.
- Subscription, package, balance, and account status details.
2. Location Data (GPS)
- We collect your location only when you submit a maintenance request, to determine the service address and allow the technician to reach you.
- We do not track your location in the background; it is collected only during direct use of the maintenance feature.
3. Notifications
- We use a Firebase Cloud Messaging device identifier to send notifications about your subscription, offers, and maintenance request status.
How We Use Data
- Manage your account and subscription and display your data in the app.
- Fulfill maintenance requests and route technicians to your location.
- Send service notifications and offers.
- Improve service quality and technical support.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. Location data may be shared only with the technician assigned to your maintenance request, solely to perform the service.
Data Protection
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Notification records are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
- You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
